Everything you need to know before you book.
Sable is an old word for black. Not harsh or heavy. Considered. For centuries it has appeared in fine art and the language of royalty to represent something intentional and quietly powerful. It felt right for this studio. Dark, deliberate, refined.
In numerology, 444 is known as an angel number. A signal that you're exactly where you're supposed to be. Grounded. Aligned. On the right path. We built this studio around that feeling. Every class, every session is designed to bring you back to yourself. When you show up here, you're not lost. You're exactly where you need to be.
Not at all. We have classes for every level, including complete beginners. Ember & Align is the perfect starting point. Just let your instructor know it's your first time and they'll take great care of you.
For mat classes we provide mats. Just bring yourself, a water bottle and wear comfortable activewear. Grip socks are recommended for mat too. For reformer classes, grip socks are required.
Mat classes are held at Kerry Memorial Hall (1488 Kerry Road, Kerry QLD 4285), plus pop-up events around Beaudesert. Reformer classes are also held at Kerry Memorial Hall.
You can cancel up to 12 hours before class at no cost and your credit is returned automatically. No-shows forfeit the credit, so if you can't make it, please always cancel.
If a class is full, join the waitlist. If a spot opens you'll be automatically notified and have 30 minutes to confirm. You won't be charged unless you confirm your spot.
Yes. If you'd like dedicated one on one attention, whether you're brand new to Pilates, returning from injury, or simply want to progress faster, private sessions are available for both mat and reformer. These are arranged personally so we can understand your goals and build something specifically for you. Send us a message via the Contact page and we'll be in touch to discuss. ๐ค
Class packs have no expiry. Credits are deducted automatically when you book. Use them at your own pace, whenever works for you.
Every injury is different, so the honest answer is: let's chat first. We ask all clients to flag any injuries on their intake form, or let their instructor know beforehand if something comes up later. That way we can make sure you're placed in the right class and your instructor knows exactly what to look out for. Pilates can genuinely support recovery from a lot of injuries when it's done thoughtfully, but a few things are outside what we can safely manage in a group class. If that's the case for you, we'll tell you honestly and help point you in a better direction, whether that's a different type of class or seeing a physio first. Our goal is always to support you safely, not push you through something that isn't right for where you're at.
We'd love to hear from you. Head to our Contact page and fill in the form. We reply to every message personally, usually within a few hours during studio hours (Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 7:30pm). You can also find us on Instagram at @sablestudio444 where we're always active. We're a small studio and we actually read everything. No bots, no auto-replies. Just us. ๐ค
